St Augustine’s Sixth Form is small and friendly with a Christian ethos which welcomes students from all faiths.
This enables the school to meet the academic and pastoral needs of the students on a personal and individual basis. We offer a wide range of AS/A2 and Applied A Levels. In addition there are GNVQs and retake GCSEs. Students who have English as an additional language are able to enrol on our Access Course.
St Augustine’s Sixth Form has been praised by inspectors and we are very proud of the progress students make. The number gaining a HE place is increasing annually, with many attending the best universities.
Entry requirements
For AS/A2 levels: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C. These must normally include English and Maths as well as subjects closely related to the proposed A levels, sometimes at grade B (as for English, French, Maths and sciences). For Applied A levels: 4 GCSEs grades A*-C. For GNVQs/BTECs: GCSE grades A*-G
