Westminster Kingsway College offers a wide range of vocational and academic courses for 16 – 19 year olds. For advanced level students there are vocational courses (Applied A Levels and National Diplomas) in Business, Science, Travel & Tourism, Computing & ICT, Hospitality, and Visual & Performing Arts. There is also a large AS/A2 programme with 34 subjects on offer, including 8 modern foreign languages. All students receive academic support and advice on progression (mostly to Higher Education) through tutor groups. A level programme tutor groups are based around common areas of study: Science & Maths, Business & ICT, Humanities & English, Languages, and Visual & Performing Arts.

Westminster Kingsway College is a Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) in Hospitality & Catering. CoVE status reflects strong emplyer contacts, state-of-the-art facilities and excellent teaching. 
 
Entry requirements
For AS/A2 levels: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C (including English Language). 
For some subjects you must also have GCSE in specified subjects, at grade B in some cases.
For Applied A levels (double award): GNVQ Intermediate or 4 GCSEs grades A*-C, preferably including English and Maths.
For BTEC Firsts and BTEC Nationals: GNVQ Foundation or 4 GCSEs grades A*- D, preferably including English and Maths. 
For BTEC Introductory levels, NVQ and other occupational awards at levels 1 & 2: Usually, no formal entry requirements. All candidates are interviewed and assessed and references followed up. For NVQ 3 and other occupational awards at level 3: NVQ level 2 or equivalent, or 4 GCSEs A*-D. 
For Apprenticeships: Employment in appropriate industry, plus entry requirements for the qualifications under offer.
